I've had the privilege of knowing Sam for a few years, we first met when I went to one of her workshops about body confidence and self love. I then went on to work with her 1 on 1 and then started PT sessions too!Sam just has a way about her, she makes you question any negative thoughts about yourself and really helps boost your confidence and feelings of self worth.
The PT sessions are definitely a love/hate thing for me. I've never been one to enjoy working out, however after having a baby via emergency C-section and really wanting to build my strength back up I contacted Sam. The sessions were individually tailored to me and my abilities, taking in to consideration medical restrictions so as not to cause any injury.
As a trainer, Sam is very motivating, acts as your own personal cheerleader and really just makes you feel good about yourself. I was amazed how much more I was able to do than anticipated and always leave with a smile feeling good that I smashed my workout. If I needed a breather throughout or found any exercise too much or uncomfortable we found ways to modify and get the very best out of the workout.The gym itself is brilliant, it's a nice private space with plenty of equipment and great for someone who finds the gym intimidating.
I genuinely cannot recommend Sam enough whether that be as someone to help you see just how amazing you are or as a PT, I wouldn't go to anyone else.
