Fitness for me is so much more than just getting in shape and feeling good about yourself.

It’s what allows you to live a full, energized and happy life. It is one of the key components to feeling balanced and whole (along with good nutrition, sleep and mental wellbeing). Not only does working out and moving your body allow you to feel better it is a huge (reliever of stress), a time to escape and gain some ‘me’ time, and a fantastic way to build confidence.

My aim is to inspire women to be the best they can be through exercising regularly, eating well and taking care of their physical and mental wellbeing.

I provide a safe, non intimidating space for women to reach their health and fitness goals in my fully equipped, private gym.

This means, it is just you and me working on your specific goals with exercises and workouts tailored for you and your needs. I offer the expertise, motivation and accountability for you to push past your limits, dig deep and unlock your power.

Women often feel less confident to train in commercial gyms because they feel intimidated. Come and try my fully private studio in Bedhampton where I offer a variety of packages to women who want to gain confidence, get stronger, tone up and feel good about their lifestyle. These packages include one to one training, weight lifting courses and group exercise classes.

Exercising with me gives you the motivation and energy to be able to tackle the many things that life brings. As well as creating a positive mindset and outlook on life.

Feeling your best and most confident requires an all round approach, including nutrition.

My method when it comes to nutrition is based around intuitive, healthy eating. I don’t believe in tracking foods or following diet plans. I believe in teaching women the skills to listen to their body and respond to its needs. Learning to eat intuitively creates freedom and is a sustainable way to eat for life. It opens the doorway to learning to love healthy food and feel its benefits without restriction or rules.

As part of your journey to a healthier, fitter and more positive lifestyle I offer nutrition advice and intuitive eating coaching alongside personal training. I truly believe being your most confident and vibrant self encompasses learning sustainable food habits as well as movement and fitness.
