I offer fully private personal training in Bedhampton to clients looking to make a lifestyle change no matter what you're goal is. I work with you one on one to motivate, inspire & educate you to push through your physical & mental barriers in & outside of the gym.
A variety of activities are offered in my packages including weights, conditioning, running, HIIT, boxing and yoga. Giving women who want to gain confidence, tone up, get stronger, lose weight & feel good a way to so enjoyably.
I wanted to offer women like you a chance to prove to yourself that you can grow and become motivated to achieve your goals with no social pressure; focusing on having a better lifestyle and a positive attitude towards your diet, health and body.
Sessions are 1 hour long and fully personalised, focussing on a clients individual goals and needs. This approach allows you to achieve optimal results in the most realistic and ideal time frames.
I have an intimidation free environment for women who feel self-conscious and just want to have a private area to train. My private gym helps provide the confidence needed for beginners or even amateurs to help achieve their goals and stay committed.
I also specialise in Pre and Post Natal training for women and aim to help those who want to make lifestyle changes during or after pregnancy.
